PRIME CARE MEDICAL GROUP I in affiliation with the Thalia Chiropractic Center at 4136 Bonney Road, Virginia Beach, VA is conducting physical examinations, alcohol testing, and drug testing for every person and to all employers of such persons who operate a commercial motor vehicle in commerce in any state, and is subject to the commercial driver’s license (CDL) requirements of 49 CFR Part 383. Non-DOT examination and testing is available also.
